Excellent dog tag. Very high quality - much better quality than the dogtags available in pet stores. Metal is strong, with polished edges.

I bought a gold round tag and a large silver dog-bone ID tag. They look amazing. Best quality tags I’ve had for a great price. So far so good like new after a month! I bought the clips to attach them to the collars too- looks really sharp! Love it. Would recommend and will buy again.

Simple and straight forward online purchase via website. Descriptions and pictures make it easy to know that you're going to get. The tags took a week or two to arrive from Switzerland to Canada. Dogtag arrived in a felt jewelry pouch which is a sweet touch, I mean it's jewellery for the dog after all. The engraving is high quality. The keyring is too small to mistakenly hook leash clip to break and lose dog tag which is tags get lost. Value for money.

The delay was longer than excpected. I e-mailed to explain the situation and recieved a quick answer. Overall, good customer service. I'm very satisfied. I recommend Dogstags for sure.

These tags are so lovely. Much nicer quality than the pet store type. I was thrilled. My order did take a little longer to arrive with COVID shipping delays. The company had excellent communication and answered all of my questions quickly and politely. Would highly reccomend to a friend, canine or otherwise!

Beautiful dog tag. I got the silver bone and the writing looks great. Shipping took a couple weeks but they told me that if I didn’t get my product by a certain date to let them know and they would send out another one.

I ordered a bone black dog tag for my puppy and I didn’t receive the product.
I contacted dogs tag by email twice and always get the same answer. They say the product has been shipped and that I will receive it soon. It is being a month since I purchased the tag and nothing.
I asked for a track code they said they don’t have as it is international shipping.
I just want to cancel the order and be refunded. We are extremely disappointed and I do not recommend dogs tag to nobody.

A great product, of excellent quality! The metal used is very resistant and the engraving is really beautiful. Fast and efficient service! My dogs and cats will definitely each have one!
