Ordered the dog tag about 2 weeks ago and never recieved a confirmation email or any news of the shipment. Tried contacting them and no one ever replied.
This is a SCAM!

Ordered a tag over 3 weeks ago. I never got a confirmation email and the customer service is unresponsive. Starting to believe that this is a scam.

I received no email confirmation about my order (although money was taken out of my account), and no response from the “contact us” section. The company seems to be based out of Ireland, which is confusing, and no way to contact them directly aside from the email address. Disappointing and frustrating.

UPDATE: The title of my original review was "Thinking this is a scam...." but, much to my surprise, I just received a package which contains the items I ordered. I still haven't received an order confirmation email, or shipping confirmation nor did I receive a response to my customer service inquiry but I am very pleased to report that I have received the items which appear to be good quality, they were nicely packaged and arrived within a few weeks of the order.

MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I placed an order yesterday and it said that an email was sent to my (correct) email address. I did not receive an email. I messaged customer service through the website and have not received a response. I did, however receive a call from my bank for suspected fraudulent activity on my card. Suffice it to say that I'm somewhat concerned. I also noticed that the address on the customer service page says that it is in Dublin, Ireland. I'm not sure why it is a ".ca" website or why it says it will be delivered by Canada Post in 5-7 days if the business is located in Ireland.

Ordered more than 3 weeks ago and still did not receive the tags. Customer service is not responding even after 3 messges. Definitely not recommended, avoid

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first saw this site, but I'm so happy I tried it out. I received my order of the tag and quick clip, and I was so surprised at what a quality product it is. The small tag was exactly the size I wanted and the engraving is clear and perfect! The quick clip is awesome too! I will definitely be ordering more (the prices are pretty awesome too!!)

This tag is such good quality and it looks great too, especially for its price.
I seriously scoured local pet stores and etsy to find something that I liked and it was either tacky or too expensive. Dogstags.ca however provided my pooch with the perfect tag that we both love!

Very pleased with the dog tags I ordered. Arrived in a timely fashion and they are very high quality. They are sure to last a great deal longer than the aluminum tags we had previously. Would highly recommend these tags!

I was looking for a new tag for my dog after 2 years of use from our old one I made at the local pet shop engraving machine that started to wear off...the quality on this tag is INCREDIBLE! Engraving is very deep embossed that isn't like anything else I've seen. Extremely satisfied with the quality!! Already placing a second order now that I can trust this site!

I love my dog tag! It is excellent quality and the name is engraved clearly on the tag. It is the perfect size for my dog. Customer service is great. They got back to my questions in a timely manner!

I love the dog tag, looks fantastic. I took a while to get here, but I would still recommend their products if you aren't in too much of a hurry.

Tag came exactly as pictured on website. They look very sleek and cute. I got the gold bone tag. Couldn't be happier.

Best dog tag, hands down. They look exactly as depicted on the website and the engraving is crisp, clean and beautifully done. If they could improve one thing, it would be the attachment mechanisms. My split ring was too small to fit around the brass ring on her collar and the quick clip broke within the first month. Other than that, super pleased with the dog tag. Please bring back Grand Hotel font. It has since disappeared from the list of available fonts. :)

Very high quality tag and collar. The collar was light weight but strong and the ID tag was perfect.

Tags are good quality, and look exactly how they’re displayed online. Font is clear and seems to be holding up well initially.

Although shipping was a bit slow, customer service was quick to assist and offer alternatives.

I ordered a dog tag from them, and it took quite a long time to come, they were so very nice and helpful and told me as it was being shipped from Switzerland it may take a while, anyway they told me if it hadnt arrived by April 8th, they would send me another one.my tag arrived yesterday April 6th and I am really happy with it, its lovely and worth the wait,thank you dog tags,
