I ordered a dog tag and it is lovely. Great quality. It did take longer to receive than the 5-7 days stated on their website but they responded promptly to my email inquiries. It took about 2.5 weeks after my account showed that it had shipped but I have no complaints. I will be ordering again and would recommend them.

I had no difficulty at all dealing with this company. They offered a fine product with easy order and quick delivery. It was obvious that they appreciated the feedback I sent.
I would order from them in the future without hesitation.

I’ve now ordered twice from dogstags.ca and I am very pleased with the quality, service and amount of information I can have on the back of the tag. The tags arrive in a little velvet pouch as befits the jewelry quality of the product. They ship quickly however the product comes from Switzerland not Canada so shipping is slow and no tracking number was available. The tags showed up after a couple of weeks. There were no Customs fees or duties. My puppy has been wearing her tag for 3 months and despite a few scratches it is lasting very well. The deep engraving has me confident it will last a long time.

I am satisfied with the quality of the product and its delivery.
I received my order in 7 working days.

Product as described and seems to be very good quality. Website MISLEADING ! APPEARS to be a Canadian business, but located in Florida and they are JUST a seller. Product actually made by Custom Wizard (LLC) in Switzerland. Despite website claims, product took 3 weeks to arrive. Customer service E-mail address listed on website of NO help - no replies to inquiries. May-June of 2022

Worth the wait! I’m in Canada so it took a while and you don’t get tracking but it came and it is beautiful!

We placed an order for a dog tag for our new puppy April 19/22. A couple of negative comments about this site;
1) there was no order confirmation email which we were expecting
2) no update shipping information on site and when several emails sent to the “contact us” email no response

This product comes from overseas and takes at least 7-10 days to receive.
We did finally receive the tag the day after we received a response and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised about the product. The tag is a substantial size and the quality is excellent. Would order again.
They just need to update their correct email address!

SCAN WEBSITE!! I made an order of a collar and a dog name tag, I didn’t receive an email confirmation, I have not received the items yet, and sent more than three emails inquiring about it as I was charged for the items but have not received the purchase confirmation email.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! Google should remove their website from the internet

I had bought a tag in October 2021 and it somehow unhooked while we were walking our dog Bella. So I ordered a new one and received it. So happy with Bella’s new tag that I will be ordering another one. I was doing an enquiry with the company and teceived an answer within 24 hours. Great prompt service!! I recommend them fully.

As of right now ordering and customer service has been a joke. Finally contacted the company using the email on the website under “Returns”: dogstagsca @custom-wizard-limited.helpscoutapp.com
That address, without the space after dogstagsca, will get a response. Sadly the rep responses are not satisfactory.
Orders come from Switzerland so DO NOT count on their stated “5-7 business days” shipping statement. They have not responded specifically to my inquiry regarding using a Canadian web extension (.ca) but falsifying shipping times.
**UPDATE - Tag arrived after 2.5 weeks. Very nice. 🐶

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered on Feb 19, they promptly charged my credit card but never received a confirmation email. Contacted them through their website contact page - no answer! Used their email address - and you guessed it, no answer! I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company (chargeback for non delivery of product). Save your save time & money and DO NOT ORDER from them.

I DID receive my item and it was as described but I was mad when I read the other reviews and thought they stole my money. I was actually rude to them when I finally found the right email and they were kind in response so that's nice. Hopefully they fix these errors

Fake fake fake! Anything positive here is also fake. They took my money and never returned my emails.

Loving my furbaby's new tag and collar! Its absolutely beautiful and I love the black steel on both the collar and tag, instead of the regular silver. Only down fall was there was no email confirmation or shipping confirmation sent. Otherwise, love the products and have already made a second order

Dogstags is a very loyal company! The quality of the items are impeccable.

The contact info says the dogstags.ca is owned by Custom Wizard LLP out of Florida. The CEO of the company is Kristelle Orle.
I will put the transaction in dispute with my credit card company.

We have been needing a tag for our dog that he can't destroy in 3 days, so we ordered a tag from Dogstags. It is great -- durable and really pretty. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

Emails do not get answered and I am stuck with a product we cannot use. I bought a puppy collar thinking this was a Canadian company. The collar arrived from the USA and took so long to arrive that the puppy has outgrown it. I have emailed them several times to try to exchange it for a bigger size but no one responds to the emails. What a waste of time and money!
