Outstanding customer service. It took a month to receive in the mail due to customs clearance. If you have patience the tag is most definitely worth the wait. The company will answer any concerns and accommodating to receive your product. Very impressed with their service.

I'm contacting my credit card company to see if they can process a refund or at least stop this scammer taking money for orders.
Order never came. Couldn't get in touch with anyone as all emails get returned. Next time I'll find somewhere local to get a dog tag.

Delivered a tag with the wrong address on it, shipped to the right address, then proceeded to tell me the best they could offer is a 25% discount off of future product. Worst customer service out there. Stay away from this company!!!!!

I have received my steel dog tag. It is very attractive and much more substantial than others I have had. I think it will last well - it will not wear down in a couple of years like others I have had.

I ordered 3 dog tags .They are the bone shaped and silver in colour.They are really nice and great quality .I would recommend these tags you will not be disappointed .

Ordered 2 medals for my dogs. Great quality: medals are beautiful AND sturdy. Selection and text customization was user friendly from the "dogstags" site. Customer service was very prompt and to the point when I reached to them.

Ordered a dog tag with custom engraving and love it so much. It's great quality and seems very sturdy. I really like the clasp it comes with as well. Makes it easy to remove but won't fall off at the same time. I had no issues with delivery. Wasn't in a rush for it so didn't mind that it took a few weeks. Would order from them again.

I ordered a dog tag Dec 30th 2022 and it's now Jan 17th 2023 and I have yet to receive this item or even an update on my order.
We have a new puppy, who's a flight risk and going without a dog tag for close to a month is just wrong.
Better communication as well honest shipping dates is my recommendation. I doubt I'll reorder again.

Sturdy, well made dog tags, engraving is deep - this will last a long time and is well worth it. Would not hesitate to purchase another one.

Great experience every time I’ve purchased a dog tag (over the last 3 years). I had to replace one tag as my dog lost hers initially. I have also bought 2 more for her (to match the hardware of her collars lol) as well as one for my new furbaby. Great craftsmanship and price, beautifully engraved, lasts a long time, good selection of hardware ( I have purchased all 3 available colors) and no import fees. Scratching of tag will occur with use and play of course, but information on the tag stays clearly legible. My last purchase was November 2022, and my order arrived within the 5-7 day window. Overall, I am very happy with my experiences and will continue to purchase from this company.

Final product was better than I could have imagined. Shipping was a bit slower than the 5 to7 business days, but this could have been due to the busy holiday period as the product was shipped within 2 days! A+

We ordered a tag and collar for our puppy and they were a great fit and high quality! The service was slow and item was delivered outside of the 5-7 business day range however I received prompt replies.

Tag arrived after over 2 weeks from shipping date. 5-7 business days is misleading because the product is actually shipped from Switzerland!
Seems like a good quality tag, hopefully it doesn’t get scratched up like my previous one from PetSmart.
