Devolucion: Demora excesiva, pero resolución favorable.
Actualizo mi reseña: El proceso de devolución fue bastante accidentado y lento. Al principio el flujo de devolucion marcaba que debía pagar el envío y el seguimiento via Reveni no funciono. Me contacte con Deren Rice y tardaron 4 días en responder un mail. Sin embargo, a los 10 días de haber entregado el producto para devolucion, finalmente se contactaron conmigo.
Me realizaron el reembolso total y no me cobraron el costo del envío de la devolución ya que era por cambio de producto.
El servicio de atención al cliente es lento, pero al final fue satisfactorio.

Just bought one and definetely not…
Just bought one and definetely not worth the price. I almost never return things I order, but this time it had to be. Clearly low quality and not a fine product.. It does not have the structure and the stitching and metals are poor quality. Plus they charge for shipping AND returning (clearly not trusting their own product!). And you have to print the label. Overall, I lost 10euros . Oh well, living and learning.

No bag and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I bought a laptop bag for my daughter and all appeared well until I got a message from the courier stating “lost in transit”. Despite contacting customer service via email twice no acknowledgment or reply.
DO NOT USE as they have no customer support and I am out of pocket
