First of the chocolate speaks for itself (or so I'm told it was a gift lol).
But the was a mishap that was 100% my fault yet customer service still accommodated me and helped get everything sorted.

Excellent chocolate resources
I’ve always been confident using the Chocolate Trading Company. They have a good range of products and great customer service. My item arrived in good condition and in plenty of time. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Please stock Belcolade though as I’m struggling to find the one I want!

Great chocolates and presentation.
The website's super easy to use and well-organized. I ordered the Valentine's chocolates for my mum, and the personalized message I added was spot on, just like it looked on the packaging on the website. That's a great touch. Mom says these are the best chocolates she's ever had, and I've bought her some really expensive ones before. But more money definitely doesn't always mean better.So mums very pleased. Thank you 🧡

Great selection
The chocolate is not cheap but the bars are really super. I especially love the taste of the Bonnat and Valhrona bars. You can’t get them in other places ad they are expensive but, and this is important, they are so tasty and you cannot get chocolate like this anywhere else. Thank you.
