Disappointed
Package returned to warehouse as damaged. Missed the day it would've had most impact. Paid for 'Next Working Day delivery (1 hour slot)' £5.95 (£0.99 VAT) which was never refunded. Bit disappointed.

As discussed previously with our Customer Services team, whilst we regret that your original order dispatch (carried out in a timely manner by ourselves), was damaged whilst with the courier and returned to us for inspection; we promptly notified yourself with options, as soon as it was received back.
You requested the re-dispatch of your order, which we had offered with our compliments, re-picking the order from new stock and re-packing for dispatch.
We did offer the alternative of a full refund of your order which would have included your original postage costs.

Indistinct flavours
The ganaches had a lovely texture but the chocolate covering was very thin. The flavourings, especially fruit ones, were very indistinct other than "fruity" rather than, say, passion fruit. Visually, chocolates looked very similar and difficult to find from the menu card.

The Chocolate selections in your order do have deliberately thin enrobing (coatings) of single origin chocolate, show-casing the expertise & craft of the chocolatier.
They're also made without added sugars or artificial flavorings.

Fantastic confectionary.
Website was easy to use and had a large variety of lovely confectionary. My mother absolutely loved them, the taste and presentation box was a lovely touch.
I ordered this as a gift for someone in the UK, ( I am in Thailand currently.) The chocolates were delivered as stated and I was updated when dispatched and delivered. Would recommend.

1st Class service every time
1st Class service every time! I would never use any other chocolate for my cakes. People always comment on how good the chocolate is, cannot fault it at all.
