Very professional and reliable service from the company. I would recommend to use them if you want fantastic service.

Ordered a white high gloss display on 15th Oct. Delivery was arranged on time and courier tracking was good. On 31st Oct courier arrived with our delivery only to find two of the six boxes were missing. One box was found on the courier vehicle on its return to base but no trace of the missing box containing the rest of the unit. Quick call to Chic Paradis and they made necessary arrangements for replacements to be shipped ASAP. Dealing with Customer services was good and I found them to be very helpful. One of the pieces, a plinth was warped and a replacement was issued straight away. The finished product is of very good quality and when i price matched it with another company it was over £80 cheaper, so well pleased

Just got my ottoman delivered. It is exactly what I’d hoped for...... really well built and elegant. it’s a proper heavily built peace of furniture.
Chic Concept is clearly the best of a family business they are polite and take pride in what they do.
I will be buying from them again and will not hesitate to recommend to others.

Good service and delivered on time. There was a bit of a gap in communications, but when we emailed to ask about delivery Harry came back to us quickly and kept us updated. He let us know that the tracking had been changed and called to check that we had received the panels. The panels are good quality and were easy enough to fit.

The mattress is perfect. Just as advertised and the delivery was on time. It arrived the next day. Lovely experience. Would definitely use this service again

I ordered the vertical panels in the shade caramel chenille. I was initially nervous when placing the order but I the whole process went smoothly! The guys were very understanding over the phone. They were able to cater to my timescale and have the delivery and installation completed within a short period of time. The panels look amazing in my bedroom and my family love it too! I’ve had many compliments thus far. Satisfied indeed and would not hesitate to recommend ChicConcept! Thanks :)

In a tight time scale these guys manage to get me 5king size beds with memory foam mattresses.

Also manage to squeeze in a single bed mattress.

Over all very good quality and very very reasonable price.

Delivered in rochdale for only a little bit extra cost.

Would buy in future and recommend to other people too.

I had a bit of a problem getting hold of a firm to supply me with a mattress.Should have gone to Chic first.

I would say this is a good firm to buy from. Although the wrong mattress was delivered, it came in reasonable time. Once I contacted the company about the problem they were happy to work it out and supply me with a good quality mattress asap. I eventually went for the 8inch blue foam. It’s 6inch firm blue then 2inch softer white on top. Very comfy!

Very good service said bed would be 5 weeks due to a family problem asked if they good del a week early 48hrs later bed was del we ordered a bed with a trundle unfortunately the mattress was to big one phone call later new mattress del 48hrs later faultless service found them polite and easy to get hold of either via phone or email The quality is also very good would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them

I thought good customer service was dead!! However I'm delighted to say that I have been proven wrong. Adam went out of his way to help me, I was actually able to speak to him on the phone to order the mattresses and confirm delivery charges and time. Unfortunately one of the items wasn't what I ordered but Adam reassured me that the correct item would be dispatched the next working day, which it was.
Adam called to ensure that I had received the replacement item the day after it was delivered.
The items I bought are perfect for our needs and I would not hesitate to recommend Chic Concept.
