This website is completely fake

This website is completely fake. They will show you different price while booking once you enter all the passenger information and credit card information they will not confirm the booking and they will give you higher price on tickets.
Very bad And disappointing experience.
I am going to write reviews on other websites also and not going to recommend this company to anyone.

Xavier Hall is amazing

Xavier Hall is amazing. He got me my tickets faster and easier then anyone else I tried! he answered all my questions and did very well confirming my tickets! He seriously needs a raise for his customer service!!

After my confirmation didn’t went…

After my confirmation didn’t went through the associate from catch called me explained the situation but never left me alone to ensure the problem was resolve . My first time with them but I was pleased. Thank you John

This website is a false advertising

This website is a false advertising. The price you see is not real. When they call you back the real price will be double that was in the website. What way to scan people.

Greetings!! Its not like that we are false advertising. We investigated the matter of your call. The price which you were looking for the specific route that was not available or it was sold out. Our travel expert did give you other options in cheaper price . However that does not suits your timing. I apologize for the inconvenience happened. We will be looking forward to serve you .

My experience with Xavier was…

My experience with Xavier was "5-Stars!" She was patient and complete in her "presentation" of options and follow-up with me. I have not traveled recently and was dreading the whole process. She made it easy, understandable, answered my questions (no matter how "routine"), and made me feel so much less stressed! Merci and Mercy!!!
