I am really disappointed, having been a regular customer, I found a hair in my cake and put in a complaint. I must say the initial email received was a poor representation of Cake Inn and the lack of professionalism and response is shocking given I send in photos and a video. I'm really put off buying from here and the customer service provided is sub par at best.

Lovely cake beautifully presented so yummy the cream had some vanilla taste to it and everybody ate the whole cake not one person was disappointed great for the money well worth ordering from😊

Cake was beautiful but they messed up the order so I paid twice this was on the 1st of February and still waiting for a refund on 2nd payment, communication very poor and phoned many times and sent several emails and still no response.

The cake was a gift for my cousin’s 65 birthday: she adores chocolate was the cake was perfect for her.
She said it was incredibly light and totally moorish: perfect for sharing !
Order was ready on time and beautifully boxed.

The cakes are always fresh and they taste lovely. They also look beautiful and tasty. They came in a box, which looks very nice and it creates an excellent protection when you have to carry a cake home.
