EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Just got my order today in the UK, only took a week to receive in the UK from Japan - really well packaged, came quite fast for an international delivery, no extra costs, received exactly what I ordered - honestly couldn't be happier! I would DEFINITELY order from them again for any Japan stuff that I should've bought more of when I was there 😆!!

I ordered couple weeks ago. The shipping adress was not send to the delivery agent correctly, even though it’s is correct in the order sheet. The order was sent back to Japan. I tried to reach the supportteam, but they are ignoring my mails. I did not get my money back nor did they reach out to send it again.

My order of snacks you can’t get here in the UK was delivered in good shape, not crushed and on time. (Please keep stocking Kameda Kaki No Tane!) I’m sure I’ll order more once they run out.

I was ordered hair mask and i did not get yet , i cleared custom also . Now i am waiting for the product.

Great variety of hard to find products in Australia. Fast and reasonable shipping and pleased that everything I ordered was delivered in good condition.

Very poor service! Extremely dissatisfied.
The website looked very promising, but did not live up to expectations.
They do mention NO additional fees to be paid UNDER a certain amount (which was the case for my order), and I had already paid the taxes when I made the payment. But then I had to pay customs clearance fees on arrival. Poor handling of refunds as well.

I've done my order on the 30th of November. I've received the information that the order has been sent by the 3rd of December, with tracking included. The problem is that the tracking is not international, so it just says that my package has been delivered to the airport of Tokyo. I understand the period, I understand it's coming from Japan, but I wrote two emails asking for an international tracking code and I got no answers. Xmas gifts are there and I would just like to get a short answer.

Flot hjemmeside, godt udvalg af varer. Man kan nemt finde frem til de varer, som har ens interesse. De er momsregistreret, og afregner moms i DK, hvilket gør, at forsendelsen håndteres hurtigt af Postnord. Deres kundeservicer fungerer desværre ikke. Jeg havde kontaktet dem x2, intet svar, hvorfor kun 3 stjerner.
