I've been using Bug skincare for years now and it has been a great addition to my daily routine. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about makeup in general, but the products from Bug are subtle and easy to use. The concealer is my go-to for covering up the occasional blemish or tired eyes, and it blends in naturally, so I don’t feel self-conscious about it. The foundation is lightweight and does a nice job evening out my skin, especially on days when I want to look a bit more polished.

I like the fact that this is a small business that really understands what men are looking for. The products are straightforward and not over-the-top, which I like. It’s nice to support a brand that puts effort into making quality products without trying to do too much. Payment taken on 26th March. No confirmation email or tracking number. Reached out through their help email and received an automated email that is just empty.
Just like other customers on here, still waiting for response to email or for my order to arrive.

Order paid for and confirmed but never delivered.

10 days after my order was placed and payment has been taken, I have not received an order confirmation or received the item I have ordered. I have sent two messages through the website to ask what is happening with my order and I've not had a reply to either of them.

Like the products, found the delivery time quick. Just one point, the brush in the nail polish is a little too thick resulting in too much polish being applied to the nail in one go

Placed an order 6 days ago that hasn’t been dispatched. Tried to contact the info@ email address over 24h ago, got an automatic reply which was empty and received no follow up. Still waiting for a response and the order. This seems very unprofessional.

Update: eventually received my order but no delivery confirmation was sent. Eventually got a communication from the team which was helpful.

High quality nail polish but very expensive compared to women’s!

Not received my item as it was 2 days delivery been over 3 weeks still not received it

Do not get the item or the replacement that has allegedly been sent.

Order was delivered promptly considering the postal strike. Items wrapped beautifully and can’t wait for the recipient to open it Christmas Day!
