Delivery was fine, the firm topper wasn't suitable for me personally and I found in the end I did need to just buy a new mattress.

Biggest issue has been the refund process. The item was sent back and tracking says they received it on the 11th of December 2025 and I still (22nd of Jan 2026) have not received the refund - that's well past the 14-21 days they list on their website. It's not only frustrating not to have the refund back but having to chase it as well, all in all not acceptable.

Update: I have now asked twice in email for a transaction reference having been told that the refund was sent to my bank, still nothing received and never had this issue with my bank (Natwest) so I suspect this remains a Brightr issue - especially as they are not responding to the request for the transaction details.

This is my 4th purchase. I love the products. This time I got body pillows they are huge and so squishy. A solution love them and the BOGOF

Mattress topper seems ideal for my needs.
Good website with information and videos of the item.
Easy to order and quick delivery of well packaged product.
I am using the product now and will see how I get on with it.

Mattress topper is as described and better than expected.
My only reason for a 4 star and not 5 star is because the delivery for the item was written as “ next day delivery’”. So my expectation was at least a couple of days but it was a week before it arrived. I was worried I may have bought from an unreliable source though eventually I was able to track the order.

Attentive service and great unique product

I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for a while, and after some trial and error, I figured out my mattress was part of the problem. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of replacing it entirely, so I looked into toppers instead.

I went with the Titan Deluxe 2-in-1 Extra Firm Mattress Topper from Brightr® Sleep. I’d bought a pillow from them before and was happy with it, so I trusted them again. I also like that they offer refurbished items — it’s a nice option if you’re trying to be more eco-conscious. Unfortunately, this topper wasn’t available refurbished, but it’s good to know it’s something they do offer.

The dimensions match between my mattress and the topper, however the topper sits slightly wider — so it doesn’t tuck in perfectly under the sheets. It’s not a big deal, but if you like things to lie snug and tidy, you might notice it.

The biggest change? After the first night using the firmer side, my back pain eased up noticeably.

If you’re in the same boat — back pain, suspect your mattress, but not ready to replace it — this topper might be worth trying.

I tried two of Brightr Sleep’s pillows — the Nox and the Stella — and unfortunately found both quite uncomfortable. It felt like all the pressure was concentrated in the centre section, which was overly firm and gave the sensation of resting my head on a chopping block.

The returns process was also frustrating. It seemed clearly designed to delay refunds and hold onto your money for as long as possible. Although I did eventually receive my money back, this only happened after multiple prompts and well past their stated timeline. Their policy claims refunds take 2–3 weeks after the return is received, but in both cases, no action was taken until around day 22, with several more days before the refund was actually processed and cleared through the banking system. Ultimately taking at least 4 weeks to get my refund.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company again.

Your products, delivery and service have all been excellent

Based on my first nights sleep I give 5 stars because I slept soundly for 10, yes 10 hours.
I was so amazed that I must query whether the chemical smell emanating from either the chopped up filling or the cover of the pillow contained some sort of sedating drug.The smell had gone by this morning.

The topper is firm and comfortable. Good support for an arthritic spine. The material inside the topper also adds extra warmth to the bed.

Early days but I love my new pillow. I bought on a 2 for 1 deal. I’m waiting for Brightr to get back k to me as I’d like to swap one of my pillows for a different one to give me 2 options. Hoping that will be an easy thing to do.

Very comfortable pillow. Particularly impressed with the ability to alter the filling to get it just right to meet my actual sleeping posture and needs.

I bought a mattress topper Aurora soft-medium and already the first week it has improved my sleep. My old relyon mattress is good but a bit too firm. The topper was just what I needed for a more comfortable feel.

Great information on the website that allowed me to make the best choice for a pillow I needed.
A good price, but sales are only ever BOGOF not reduced price for one pillow (I really only needed one).
It is the comfiest pillow I've ever used - no need for a second pillow underneath, it's got enough height for me as a side sleeper, and it's plush so when I settle in on my back so I can fall asleep I am cradled by the softness.
I have a significantly less stiff neck, and I swear my shoulders are less tense too. I really love this pillow.
The only downside is standard pillowcases don't really fit it because it's so fat, and I don't know how I can wash the outer case without having to buy an expensive spare from the company.
Also the marketing e-mails have started already, trying to sell me a body pillow. Let me recover from the price of these first!
So for great sleep, which you'll need after shelling out for one of these pillows, definitely invest in a Brightr pillow.

I was very impressed with this company which is why I ordered my mattress topper from them. They had the size I wanted which isn’t common (160x200) and good depth (8cm) and with their 60 day trial it was a no brainer! It was in the sale also which saved me some money, and it arrived very quickly. I also appreciated the instruction leaflet advising what to do while unpacking and preparing the topper for use. I’ve been using it for 5 days now, it’s very comfortable, excellent quality and fits my EU king mattress perfectly. 5 stars!
