ordered 2 dressed on the 25th of november. Supposedly they were dispatched and I should have received them within 5 working days. We are now the 7th of December and still no parcel. The tracking information website keeps saying they have no information on my parcel. Boohoo support says oops we are sooo sorry it's delayed and that I should keep an eye on the tracking. The same tracking that DOES NOT WORKKKKKK. Now they're telling my I have to wait until December 13th and if then I haven't received anything then they'll check. SO I HAVE TO WAIT 3 WEEKS in total to even get any clarity on next steps. NEVER AGAIN. what a $h*t company. scammers!

Im waiting 100€ my refund but never recieve it. They said they sent already . But i swear to God i DID NOT recieve it. So i ask my receipt if they sent it. But they cant send to me my receipt and keep refuse it. Honestly , Scam Company . They try to steal my money

Never again!!!! Quality is absolute cheap. I send everything back because it all looked so cheap. Now, I am waiting for OVER 1 month to get my refund which is a larger sum. I contacted the customer service a couple of times, everything they tell me to wait 1-3 more days, as this is a large sum. We are in 2021, what a hell ?!

Pay for next day delivery and it either comes a week late or doesn’t arrive at all. Had this happen to 4 different parcels now and customer service, which is only through social media, is extremely poor.

Was a little sceptical after reading some reviews, but wanted a party dress in a hurry. Ordered in the evening for next day delivery, arrived by 9.15am, lovely dress, fit beautifully and I'm not a small girl! Super happy! Best purchase I've made in a long time. Thanks Boohoo

Will never shop here again and neither will friends and family, according to customer service there is no complaints process? The company is a complete joke and customer service is terrible, I won’t even shop at companies owned by them now as I never want to have to deal with them again the whole ordeal was extremely stressful.

Had an issue with missing parcel, lady from customer service called Karen was lovely and resent items straight away

Had my boohoo today to see that there was stains and the colour have Ran and someone had it before me

Currently waiting for £100 worth of refunds which they just won’t issue me. Trying to tell me it might be a problem my end. So ridiculous, thought I could trust this company but clearly not. I can see on Twitter that many people are waiting for a refund.

I returned a coat the same day it arrived yesterday and requested a refund I am being told I have to wait 3 weeks this ridiculous

I’ve only given 1 star because there was no option for no stars this is the worst company I’ve ever ordered from I ordered 2 Halloween dresses on the 26/20/21 with next day delivery it’s now 5/11/21 & still the courier Hermes have not received them I’ve asked for a refund but Boohoo say we’re really sorry sometimes orders take a little longer & if not arrived by 10/11/21 they will look into it what a joke
Please don’t use this company they should not be able to trade

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Boohoo and the last. Probably thee worst online clothing business Ive ever come across. I ordered 3 items and sent back all 3 because the sizes are way off, the clothes are really badly made and the trainers I received were are joke. Covered in black marks and glue all over the sides, someone surely checks orders b4 they got out?! I get an email saying they received only 2 items of my return (which was in one bag?!) and only refunding that?! So ive had to sort that out but its a nightmare coz theres no contact number? Also Ive had to pay the 3.99 delivery despite them sending me a bag of damaged or faulty goods, whatever u want to call it. The same thing happened the 1st time I ordered from Boohoo years ago but I thought I'll give them another chance. Never again and I advise everyone not to bother with this company. There are so many other "good" online clothing companies, stay away from Boohoo.

Ordered an oversized cardigan and was shocked when it arrived, was the model 4ft tall and a size 6 ? Nothing like shown .

I sent for 2 dresses from them, both yellow, first one arrived a crumpled BROWN dress.

The second dress ( which they recommended me to order in size 16) came & it won't even fit my daughter whose size 10??

will never buy from them again, waste of money.

Wait well over 2 weeks just for refund to looked at and start to be processed despite having the parcel back over 8 days..... not great at all and the quality is terrible. Sent the last 4 items back

I’d like to give 0 stars! Worst and most irresponsible company I have ever shopped with! I paid for an order and paid next day delivery, paying £7.99 and it’s been 5 days since and no order... The order was for a wedding that has now been and gone. I spoke to them and they expect me to wait till the end of the month to then see if they will refund me! I’ve explained the weeding had been an gone and its too late now any ways & still weather that arrives or not it clearly was not next day so they should naturally refund me my next day delivery no matter what as they did not achieve what was promised and PAID for! This was ignored by multiple staff members till eventually I got no response. I’ve told them I’m pregnant too as it’s true and that I do not need this stress or unnecessary money being basically given away for something I did not receive. They really are very inconsiderate and absolutely refuse to rectify an error by doing what is right! I would not trust them at all and definitely say they are unreliable!!

Carefully with there sizes ladies! I've orderd a few things from them, and nothing ever fits, I orderd a dress, a size bigger than what I actually am because there so small fittings, omg it was absolutely shocking, it was suppose to go to just above my knees and honestly it's like a shirt, it's not evan worth wearing, tried to contact customer services with no joy, seems theres no way to get in touch with this company, I wanted to send it back and get a refund as it was over priced anyway, I did not evan receive a return label with it to send it back anyway, wouldn't order from here again! Not worth it.

Horrid. Ordered items on 20th for NDD. Items don't arrive, cool I'll wait a bit. 10 days later and nothing. Company no help, just get told to wait and wait with the same tracking information from 9 days ago! Lost money, no items. Actual robbery.

Edit: Was told I was to receive a full refund on my order (3rd October) and today (8 October) nothing.
